Terms of service

The service

BOTFRAGS is a free, fan-made Valorant trading and fantasy simulation, not a financial service or real-money exchange. BFC and Decoration Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, transferred for value, redeemed or paid out. Arena stakes, prediction stakes and pots consist only of virtual BFC. Player shares are virtual game positions, not securities or ownership of anyone.

BFC predictions and claim deadlines

Predictions stake 10–10,000 free BFC, with a maximum of ten calls per UTC day. Odds and K/D baselines lock at placement. Winning gross payout is floor(stake ÷ selected-outcome probability), including the stake; losing stakes enter the disclosed community bonus pot. Estimates are not guaranteed probabilities. Premier receives no prediction bonus.

The earliest newly recorded eligible game is checked against the placement time. Bets at or after its start, unverified start/end data, missing outcome evidence, draws and exact K/D ties are invalid and refunded automatically. End is derived from provider start and completed-game duration, not a live end signal. No verified result within seven days is refunded. Results follow player refreshes and may be delayed.

Winning payouts must be claimed within three days (72 hours) from settlement. After the displayed deadline, the entire unclaimed payout becomes invalid and enters a disclosed BOTFRAGS bonus pot for events and weekly 5-Stack. Available bonus funds are allocated atomically at weekly settlement when at least two teams participate; otherwise they carry forward. Other event spending is not enabled yet. Account deletion forfeits any unclaimed winnings to that bonus pot. Refunds require no claim. Acceptance is required before each stake.

Do not purchase or sell BFC or use it for real-world wagers. These virtual-credit facts are not a certification that national gambling, youth-protection or consumer rules do not apply. The operator must obtain a jurisdiction-specific review before launch. Mandatory rights remain unaffected; disputes can be sent to slystayhigh@gmail.com.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and use accurate account information. Linking a Riot player is a reference, not proof of ownership.

Fair play and conduct

Do not exploit bugs or rewards, use multiple accounts to farm credits, manipulate data, impersonate others, bypass access controls, harass players, post illegal or hateful content or private information, or interfere with the service.

Moderation, reports and appeals

Staff may remove content, restrict chat or suspend accounts that break these terms, and will state the reason. Report illegal content and appeal any moderation decision by emailing slystayhigh@gmail.com; reports and appeals are reviewed by a human.

Scores, credits and availability

Player data depends on third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Scores and battle replays are simulations, not official ratings or predictions. Virtual balances, prices and features may be adjusted to fix errors or abuse. The service is provided free of charge without guaranteed availability.

BOTFRAGS isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Termination, changes and law

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may update these terms and will show the new effective date. German law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
