Controller
The controller responsible for data processing is the operator of BOTFRAGS named in the Imprint, reachable at slystayhigh@gmail.com.
Data we use and legal bases
Account data (email, username, sign-in connections, settings) and simulation data (credits, holdings, trades, watchlists, rewards, achievements, decorations, squads, Arena entries, prediction stakes, locked odds, match results and payout claims) are processed to provide the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Chat messages, moderation records, searches and provider-call logs are processed for security, abuse prevention and service operation (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Public Valorant player identifiers, ranks and match summaries are retrieved through HenrikDev to show public player statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Visibility
Public investor profiles may show username, portfolio and cosmetics. Private profiles are excluded from public lookups and leaderboards; public trade snapshots, including the username at trade time, remain visible. Chat messages and shared squads are visible to others by design.
Recipients and storage
Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, authentication), Google (only if you use Google sign-in) and HenrikDev (Valorant data lookups) act as service providers. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; such transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. We do not sell data and use no advertising trackers.
Cookies and browser storage
Only technically necessary storage is used: your sign-in session and your language preference (§ 25(2) TDDDG). No analytics or advertising cookies are used, so no consent banner is required. If that ever changes, we will ask for consent first.
Retention
Account and simulation data are kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete your account. Provider-call logs are deleted after 30 days. Chat moderation audit records may be kept up to 12 months for abuse handling. Backups roll over within the provider's backup cycle.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw any consent. You can delete your account yourself in Settings. For all other requests email slystayhigh@gmail.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
Minimum age
BOTFRAGS is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are younger, please do not create an account.
